DoOPSearch Web Server
Database overview

DoOPSearch is a web application to search for evolutionary conserved sequence patterns and analyse the orthologous promoter clusters of the DoOP database. You can search with your own patterns against the sequence and motif collections of DoOP using the pattern search tool MOFEXT developed for this task or the FUZZNUC program of the EMBOSS software suite. You can also examine the existing motifs in detail.
